Amenities include a 30x50 saltwater swimming pool and a game room with pool and card tables, TV, darts, and indoor shuffleboard. The Social Club offers monthly events as well as bus trips to Atlantic City and other local locations. *This is an age-restricted community. You must be 55 years or older to own in the park and at least 42 years old to live in the park. No children are permitted to live in the park. The rental application fee is $35 per person, and buyers must be approved prior to the sale. The lot rent/HOA fee for a new owner will be $641.72 per month and includes the lease of the land, real estate taxes, and garbage and recycling removal. Buyers/owners are responsible for all utilities, including water, sewer, natural gas, and electric, as well as lawn maintenance.
