ilverwoods is Independent Living for Seniors 55+ in a gated community. This is an updated 2 bdrm, 1 bath unit w/sunroom, kitchen w/gas stove, w/entrances in front and from sunroom. On their 55 acres, they also have an Assisted Living Bldg and a Long Term Care Sub Acute Nursing Home as well. The community offers 3 levels of care. The Independent Living side has 313 garden style one level ranch apartments with services you can add on ala carte or just rent without extra services. Rent includes cable, water, sewer, all maintenance, all lawn care, snow removal, trash removal, 24 hour security, laundry rooms in each building (individual unit can have either dishwasher or washer/dryer inside).
